Clinical manifestations / differentiations  of Bell’s Palsy are as follows;

On the affected side incomplete closing of the eye, lacrimation, drooping of the angle of the mouth, salivation, and inability to frown, raise the eyebrow, close the eye, blow out the cheek…..or show the teeth. This disease is the same as peripheral facial paralysis.
